June 9th: Summer in the City Movies by Moonlight
The 19th annual Summer in the City Entertainment Series is back this week! Once again, the Boston Harbor Hotel will host entertainment events (with food!) Tuesday through Friday until early September. Every Friday is their “Movies by Moonlight” event, and the first movie of the summer will be this Friday. Watch “On Golden Pond” right on the waterfront Friday at dusk!
June 10th: Boston Pride Parade
Pride month has begun, which means the Boston Pride Parade is back! Rain or shine, the parade will start at noon and will go from Copley Square to City Hall Plaza. June 10th: Root + Reboot Wellness Festival
Want to revamp your wellness practices and routines for the summer? Head to The KITCHEN at the Boston Public Market for a day of nourishing your mind, body, and spirit! From 10:00am-3:15pm, enjoy 4 different events where you can connect with local fitness, beauty, and wellness experts, eat good food, and learn how to develop a customized daily wellness practice. Tickets are only available for the full day, and can be purchased here.
June 11th: Boston Dragon Boat Festival
This weekend, the Charles River will be at the center of the annual Boston Dragon Boat Festival! From 7:00am-5:00pm, watch the finals of the Dragon Boat Races on the Boston side of the Charles River by Harvard. On the Cambridge side of the river, you can enjoy Asian food, arts and crafts, and Asian cultural performances from 12:00-5:00pm. For directions on how to get to the festival, click here.
