CIE offers a range of opportunities for our campus partners to engage with our community by hosting programs. For example, the Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion partnered with the College of Social Sciences and Humanities to discuss the impact of inclusion in writing.
Whether you are a student, faculty, or academic office, you can host a program that helps contribute to the creation of a more inclusive and global society!
CIE Program Assistants
Our Program Assistants play a critical role in the development of our programs and services and we are proud that the majority of the programs we sponsor are student-generated and coordinated. Each year we employ eight to ten Program Assistants to work alongside us.
If you are interested in exploring this or other opportunities to work with us, please stop by or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Center for Intercultural Engagement and Social Justice Resource Center hires a co-op each cycle interested in event management, administrative support, program development, marketing, and external communications. Our co-op’s responsibilities focus on leadership development in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for students, staff, and faculty at Northeastern. The Program Coordinator role supports marketing and communications efforts for a wide variety of programs, as well as supporting various CIE-SJRC events
Student Organization Network
The CIE-SJRC has a network of student organizations whose missions aligns with the mission and goals of our centers. Some groups are housed in the CIE-SJRC, some have collaborated with the CIE-SJRC and some others the CIE-SJRC have offered support for their programs or events.
